18 sessions available every week — all 40 minutes. Choose 3–4 that fit around your life.

Commitment reminder: To achieve your FITin6 results, you must be able to attend 3–4 sessions per week. With early morning, mid-morning, lunchtime and evening options six days a week, there is always a slot that fits.

Bootcamp workouts are available Monday–Saturday and you can choose any 3–4 sessions to suit your schedule. Sculpt is a ladies semi-private personal training class. Sculpt and Personal Training are not part of the FITin6 and are separate programmes.
