Bootcamp is our group training program. Join a supportive and friendly women's only fitness community and get involved in our fun, challenging and rewarding group fitness program designed to get you fitter, healthier and happier.
Working with a coach individually or in a small group, your training is customised around you and based on your goals, fitness levels and injury history with a coach that keeps you accountable and pushes you that little bit further than you would alone.
Work personally with a Registered Dietitian. Our Dietitian Led, 12 week Weight Management Programme will not only help you better understand nutrition but also help keep you accountable so you reach your goals faster.
