Couch to 5K Programme Starting in January 2022
Have you always wanted to start running but didn't know what to do or just lacked the support and motivation to get going?
Starting Saturday 8th January 2022, Best Body Bootcamp are launching a specialty 12 week, Cannock Couch to 5k programmme which is open to members and non-members.
This is a step by step progressive programme designed to get you from zero running up to a distance of 5km in 12 weeks.
Each weekly session you will be led by an experienced couch to 5k coach and personal trainer who will support you, help you improve your running and keep you accountable along the way.
Running is a great from of exercise with many benefits including;
- Improved cardiovascular fitness
- Improved endurance and energy levels
- It can help you lose weight
- It improves mental health
- It helps you meet people with a similar goal and make friends
- You will see improvements in your fitness quickly which help keep you motivated
- Its a weight bearing exercise that can help improve joint and bone strength.
Sessions will be every Saturday morning from 9am starting the 8th January 2022 and will run for 12 weeks.
The meeting point for the Cannock couch to 5k will be at our Bootcamp unit on Hyssop close, Hednesford, Cannock.
The cost of the sessions is £6.50 per week which needs to be paid upfront no later than 6th January to book and confirm your place and so that we can order your completion t-shirt.
To ensure you get the best experience, we are limiting spaces to 15 people and 6 spaces have already already been booked.
