There is a lot of information to share with regards to what's involved and how our 6 week transformation program works so we go through this all as well as the various pricing options over the Zoom consult call.

Ladies Only Bootcamp Program Timetable 

We run 18 sessions across the week for our ladies bootcamp program and all sessions are 40 mins long. You are required to do 3 workouts a week from the timetable below during our 6 Week Transformation Program.

Monday:           6.30am  9.30am  5.30pm  6.30pm  

Tuesday:         6.30am  9.30am   12.30pm 6.30pm  

Wednesday:   6.30am  9.30am  5.30pm  6.30pm  

Thursday:       6.30pm

Friday:            6.30am  9.30am  12.30pm  5.30pm  

Saturday:      8.00am
