improving our clients results is something that we are always trying to improve while keeping things simple. You see overwhelm is one of the biggest factors when clients start out so making things easy to fit in with already busy and stressful lives is paramount.

We also understand that nutrition and especially maintaining a consistent calorie deficit of around 10-15% is the key to our ladies dropping the weight. Therefore we have teamed up with a UK registered dietitian and are using a unique nutrition system created by him to make client nutrition easy.

The system customises a clients calorie targets and offers them over 1000 meals and recipes that is also constantly being added to. From clients can create their own flexible meal plans that suit their taste and lifestyle where they can have an ingredients list emailed directly to them and all meals have recipe instructions to help. The app also allows clients to track their progress, create custom meals and add before and after photos.

The focus on the system is flexibility while also providing nutritious meals that are high in protein. Planning nutrition in the system also helps clients to overcome another very real obstacle when it comes to weight loss – Decision fatigue!

As we go through the day, the more decisions we make, the more fatigued we become and can see our will power dwindle thus leading to poorer food choices as the day goes on. Typically a bad day for most people will mean they revert to the ‘I will start again Monday’ routine.

From working with hundreds of local women over the last few years I know that for many their days are manic. – Waking up early, in a lot of cases to get their young family ready for the day ahead, school uniforms, getting breakfasts ready, dropping kids at school then getting to work. Once the evening comes the family routines kick in again and usually they are the last priority on the list. Thinking about their own health and fitness is usually way down the list.

Pre-planning takes away the decision making process on those busy days and gives ladies one less thing to think about. Getting into the habit of pre- palnning meals ahead means the process takes care of itself without having to worry about what to eat on the busiest of days.
