Who is our bootcamp for?


A lady recently told me that she could never do bootcamp because she thought she would die...


The reason many people think this is because they have an image of a military PT doing one or all the following;


- Standing over them
- Screaming at them
- Blowing whistles in their face
- Calling them names
- Swearing at them for not keeping up or getting tired
- Making them do burpees til they puke


You get the picture...


Some also think people who attend bootcamps are hardcore fitness nuts who also sprinkle broccoli on their cornflakes..


BUT that's not what we're about.


The truth is, we're not a "military style" or "hardcore" bootcamp..


However, our sessions are as challenging as you want to make them!


They're designed so that experienced clients can have a challenging workout but also that a beginner could do them too.


Most of our clients are aged between 30-50 but ages range from 25 -70 and our members are all shapes, sizes and fitness levels!


We don't train pro athletes, just regular people who enjoy functional training in a safe space with good tunes 🙂


Our sessions are light hearted, yet we still emphasise coaching to ensure movements are done correctly which is what our On-ramp programme is all about.


We get to know our members and their abilities and plan adaptations into our programming because fitness isn't one size fits all.


Which is why we've NEVER offered pay as you go allowing people to just "drop in"


We'd also never;
- scream, shout and swear at our clients
- make clients run laps telling them to “keep up”
- punish clients if they are slow.


This is because exercise can be challenging at the best of times and we want you to enjoy fitness and its many benefits and keep it up for life..


So who is our bootcamp for?


Its for anyone including yourself, your son, your daughter, your nan or your grandad as long as you want to get fit, can laugh and like working out as part of a group!
